This region, renowned as "The Center of Fruits," offers a wide range of premium tropical produce, including durian, jackfruit, mangosteen, rambutan, mango, pineapple, and rubber. By establishing our operations in Rayong, we position ourselves close to the best sources of fresh, high-quality raw materials, enabling consistent supply and superior product quality.

OPERATIONS

At Ding Fong Co., Ltd., we are dedicated to sourcing high-quality agricultural products from local farmers, with durian as our primary focus. The growing global demand led us to establish our operations in Rayong Province, a region renowned for producing Thailand’s finest durians. Among the many varieties, Mon Thong, or “Golden Pillow,” stands out as the most exported due to its creamy texture and balanced aroma, making it highly sought after in China, the U.S., Canada, Australia, and beyond.

Maintaining durian’s freshness, flavor, and aroma during long-distance transport is a significant challenge. To overcome this, we employ advanced liquid nitrogen freezing technology, which rapidly reduces the fruit’s core temperature to -18°C or lower. This process prevents bacterial growth, preserves natural texture and taste, and extends shelf life for over a year, outperforming traditional air-blast freezing methods.

Although liquid nitrogen freezing requires a higher investment, it minimizes cellular damage and moisture loss, ensuring that our durians retain their fresh, tree-ripened quality upon thawing. At Ding Fong, we are committed to innovation and excellence, delivering authentic, premium Thai durian to consumers worldwide with uncompromised taste and quality.
